Nonsense.

I’m still trying to work out why he wants to visit Darwin, Australia ‘just because of the name’, when there’s a handful of places in the US with that name, one of them reasonably close to him (Darwin, Virginia).

"Grass is greener"?

One can ague that some humans don't look outward to other places in youth, and like where they live. Growing up I hated the cold winters in Northern Virginia, and longed for Florida and California and Hawaii. And even wanted to see Japan, literally as a kid because of the Godzilla movies. But even long before meeting Bob or John, even with Australia, I knew of Olivia Newton John, and never imagined back then, that if someone had told me back then, that eventually I would cross the Equator and visit the south Pacific, I would have called you crazy.

I can understand wanting to visit new places, but why would you pick one ‘just because of the name’?

I have friends in Palmerston. They moved there so they could live their dream of wrestling with salties.

DUH, FUCKING WIN......

AS IN EV O FUCKING LUTION.

The irony in my youth my reason for wanting to visit Australia would have been hormones and having a boner for Olivia Newton John. Not much of a reason other than liking her music. But knowing that Australians bothered to name a city after the scientist who put evolution on the map, and fucked up superstition, yea, I'd kinda want to see why that city did what it did.

I also, if I didn't hate flying would love to visit Hawaii. I wouldn't visit it for Pearl Harbor, which would  be a lagit reason to visit it. No, I would want to visit the same places that the Original "Steve McGarrett played by Jack Lord in the  Hawaii  Five 0 played. But I have no desire to visit Hawaii, just for the fear of flying. I have no family or friends there.

You may not know this, but Olivia Newton-John is actually English by birth. As a child, she was kidnapped by Swedish gypsies who took her north, where they forced her to work as an au pair / hedgehog gelder. Cunningly disguised as Frank Lloyd Wright’s conjoined twin, she effected her escape and eked out a marginal living on the streets of Stockholm, juggling live pigeons and singing show tunes. Spotted by an agent, she auditioned for ABBA, but was rejected for refusing to change her name to Flingenglaaben Ragnarsdottir.

HUMOR,, IS ABOUT FUCKING TIME. WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?

The problem with both ONJ, AND ABBA, is that they BOTH have country influences. Don't ask  HillBilly Atheist what he knows about them. He is the same guy who found BOTH on banjo.

What is truly sicking now i that I am going to google the meaning of "gelder"

But know that I know what "gelder" means, no, I have no desire to taste Rocky Mountain Oysters, much less hedgehog nuts. AND YES, I know "Au Pair" means nanny or babysitter for a upper class family.

And I never understood the title "Au pair"......  I was in awe of her talent, but I never had a pair of balls to tell her.

Lets be fair here, as long as the orange turd is in office, it doesn't matter whom he wants to fuck, all of the sane need a room to avoid him.

I want as much room away from the orange fuck as humanly possible.
