Not really boredom, but gave myself a haircut tonight.  Here's the results:

I think the results came out pretty ok for a first time.

Not bad at all. I gave me self a haircut 19 years ago. The results were such a disaster that now I just lop off a few inches of braid when it gets unmanageable.

We did a ~100 mile loop through Missouri wine country today. Nice to social distance with the city.

You know the four hobbits stopped at Tom's on the way back to the shire, right? He gave them some really neat presents. They used some of them for the Greening of the Shire.

Prove me wrong.  Hmph

‘The Return Of The King’ Book VI, chapter 7. Pp 298-299 (Ballantine paperback edition).

Proof.

I wrote most of the story outline last night. It will be a sequel to King Oak. Tentatively, it will be entitled Of Ale and Rings and other Things.

Never understood the whole point of fan fiction. But do carry on.

It's to explicitly couple the characters the author 'ships' and inflict their 'headcannon' on other parts of the fanbase.

I am actually sort of excited to go to the dentist this afternoon. This is something I never, ever, thought anyone would hear me say.

But there will be nitrous involved so I get to leave the house and have a legal buzz.

If you want nitrous just huff the remaining gas from a can of whipped cream.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
