Yes many Muslims still believe in Hadiths, but I abandoned faith in them after reading what they say.
So I only believe in the Quran alone as a source for my faith.

The Hadith contains disasters. The Quran doesn't.

Keep picking them cherries I guess.

You spell it as if the Quran was a handbook of 10 pages.
BTW The Quran is 603 pages. So rejecting the "extension" that adds thousands of more pages to the source is quite logical if you ask me.

Especially that the Quran is not dependent on the Hadith; yet the latter is.

Magic book and hadith used the same process of certification. If you doubt the construction of one, you implicate the construction of the other.

Bob got it from bill who heard steve say that frank told tom that it was widely known in the time of mike that the prophet said......
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

The Hadith is written using "narrations" as old as 300 years or more of Prophet Mohammed -peace be upon him-.

The Quran is direct revelation from God revealed to Mohammed and written quoting Mohammed -peace be upon him- himself.

Your information are totally wrong.

It isn't, you know.  If I understand Nudger on this, what he's saying is that it's no more possible to determine the authenticity of the Quran that it is to determine the authenticity of the ahadith. The standard is the same - you have to take someone else's word for it.

They thought that it was a good way to certify the things that were theologically important to them. They used the same method in both cases. The one set is no more or less credible than the other, because both sets are derived from the same process.

I shouldn't have to explain this to a muslim.

It's fine to believe that, somehow™...even though the method of construction was identical in both cases, the one set is more credible than the other. That is what you believe. It's not fine, at least not if we're trying to maintain any integrity in what we believe, to pretend that's not what we're doing.

I’m sure he didn’t intend it this way, but there’s a Tom Lehrer song that’s a pretty tidy analogy for the transmission of folk myths:
