Another C19 Casualty

I went up to the corner store to get my deer licenses - as doe tags go on sale as of 10 a.m. this morning.

It's almost noon - and no tags.

The DNR system is overwhelmed and the store owner can't get the system to run.

My best guess - everyone is trying to buy tags on the internet -because they are stuck at home - and the server can't handle the traffic.

Just another "that sucks".

Well, that’s just awful. This means you’ll have to wait a few days before you can use a firearm to kill an herbivore whose deadly defense mechanism is to run away.

I’m glad you brought up this casualty. So many people are focusing on the fact - trivial in comparison - that were closing in on one million deaths. Thanks for putting things in perspective.
