Of roof and North Carolina and melted asphalt and mushrooms and Rothchild chocolates.

No, I don't really care that much, I am just saving Boru a post.

Didn't figure you would.

"Tartuffe", is the classic French play. Has a character as sarcastic as Florence in the modern sitcom.

"Tartuffe" sounds like mushrooms and chocolate like "Truffle".

One of my favorite types of cheese is a Tartufo cheese; it has truffles (The mushroom black truffle) in a mild white cheese. So good in a grilled cheese! Tartuffe means imposter though so ok.

I know. I was referencing the fact long ago, I had watched the Jeffersons before reading the play in college. I don't think "The imposter" had anything to do with the French maid in the ancient play, or for that matter the Character "Florence" in the modern sitcom. I think both were the truth tellers.

Alright, Brian.  Instead of doing this piecemeal, I'm going to lay out all of your mistakes and be done with it.  When you sober up, maybe you'll grasp this.

1. You never asked who Roxie Roker played on 'The Jeffersons'.

2.  You insist on getting the terms 'character' and 'actress' mixed up.  You called Florence an actress when she was a character, and you said that Lenny Kravitz'  mum was a character when she was an actress.

3.  'Tartuffe' is a 17th century play, not a 15th.

4. Your chief error is posting drunk.

1. No I did not, and? I was making a statement. She was the mother who gave birth to Lenny. THE ACCRESS. Her Character in the Jeffersons reminded me of the snarky maid in the classic play.

2. I admit I always get confused with centuries. Like when you say 20th century one is referring to the 1900s. In the case of the classic French play I was a century off. Just like many people have a hard time understanding military time. Not going to kill myself over being human.

If pedantic were covid you'd be a super spreader.

The individual who played the maid on the Jeffersons, outside the show gave birth to the rock star Lenny. I didn't know that until now. But I do remember in college reading the French play, thinking the maid in that play sounded like the Jefferson character.

This isn't rocket science.

You know what else isn't rocket science? Spelling actress correctly. Pro tip when you hit space after typing a word and you see a squiggly red line under that word... IT IS SPELLED WRONG!
