So you're an idiot and a misanthrope. Nice to know. Now, would you kindly post a picture of yourself so that I can recognise you if ever we come into close proximity and I can clear away from you.

What's the problem?
A mask is not heavy, nothing hard about wearing one, doesn't hurt, it is not a perfect solution but will probably help so why would anyone not wear one?
(The only issue I have is that it tends to steam up my glasses a bit, but it isn't a major problem)

Luckily, I also have contacts. I have been wearing them to work while I wear my glasses at home.

I wear masks to shops, socially distance to the best of my ability from crowds and people I don't know, and use copious amounts of hand sanitizer out and about. I'm especially wary in pubs and don't just go to any pub.
Luckily here, after the 2nd resurgence of Covid-19 people are less fearful and we know more about what works and what doesn't (only thing which rubs me the wrong way is the indifference by a lot of people here, but they're easy to identify). Testing and contact tracing have been invaluable tools in curbing its spread and enforcing effective quarantines.

I see you’ve bought into the whole media hype about Covid. Yes they have a right to kick me out, but it’s not ethical. If the virus really is so dangerous the solution isn’t to wear a mask, that’s laughable, the solution is to enforce a mass quarantine. Meanwhile, millions of people have lost employment and are food insecure. The economy is at a standstill. What’s the excuse? Some two hundred thousand people have died. Well, those were mostly very old people with preexisting conditions like diabetes and obesity. People who were about to die anyways. For their sake millions of people don’t have a job and aren’t sure if there will be food on the table tonight for them and their children. What a disgrace.
