I can also see this as a court fight.

I don't know. I am betting, considering the national polls have Biden beating the shit out of Trump, it may not matter in the end. But we all know it is the swing states that matter.

Outside the swing states and the electoral college, I still see Biden winning the popular vote even at a bigger margin than Hillary did.

But the popular vote doesn't mean shit if you don't win the electoral college too.

Imma go out on a limb and say the election is a lock. Even if Biden lost EVERY state that is still in play (defined as the candidates being apart by less than the margin of error), he would still win the electoral vote.

My signature deteriorated in the service. We would spend a shitload of time on midwatches doing pub corrections. The process involved signing your name to the addition/subtraction to the documents you were correcting. This meant you signed your name hundreds of times in a few hours.

I really envied Ed Ng.

Lucky fucker...

If 2016 has taught DEMS anything is not to assume. It seems to be a lock right now. Trump is going to have a much harder time to pull the inside straight and sneak in like he did last time. But that "lock" still depends on turnout. Polls are not what matter, voting, especially turnout in the swing states are what will make that "lock" a reality.

Trust me, I want Biden to win more than anything in the world. But right now the game isn't over. The odds are in Biden's favor for sure. But ultimately votes, not polls are what matter.

I think one good thing this time around that I see is that Trump is losing women, and the elderly and even some rust belt men. I'd love to see Texas and Georgia go blue. Not going to hold my breath, but even in those states are closer than ever. If Biden flips Georgia, or Texas, on top of what you are suggesting, there would be nothing at all that fucker could fight in court with.

But it seems right now, the one key state Trump needs for any of his combos to work for a win is Pennsylvania. But even then Trump has few combos that are low odds of winning, compared to Biden who has a much easier road.

Let me ask you this Boru,

Do you think the election won't be called election night like many pundits are saying may be the case? Some are claiming it could take days or even a couple weeks.

I myself think it will be called in short order. I am not buying the hype that it will drag on. I think worse case scenario  it will be called overnight in the early to mid am.

The Trump voters are whipped up into a frenzy by Fox news and Trump's twitter feed.  They are going to vote.  If Dems don't vote, they will lose.  Its as simple as that.

I think the newsies will call it as soon as Biden hits 270. You may not get the final tally on the popular vote for weeks.
