I haven't reached that point, but the Allegra-D pills I was just prescribed are basically horse pills (and I have to take two a day), and so I recently got one of those AM/PM pillboxes, and they were big enough that I decided to make it a 14-day pill organiser instead of a 7-day.

I do eight weeks at a time. I have a schedule for all the drugs (bingo sheet) and have AM, NOON, PM and Bedtime boxes. I compare each bottle with the schedule and make adjustments where needed. I put all one type of pill in one bottle with the newest fill date, so I know my bingo sheet in current. I keep a copy of the sheet in my phone case and one in my wallet. Boss Lady has one as well. She's had to explain to ER people where to find my bingo sheet a few times. (It also has current condition, past conditions, allergies, past procedures, contact numbers, etc. on it. (Both sides of an sheet of typing paper.))

I don't know if I'd want pharmaceuticals to extend my life. There's a huge difference between our lives being extended by progress and science versus it being extended by drugs.

I'm not too worried, however, everyone in our family seems to live long and healthy lives. With the exception of my grandmother on my father's side.

He, actually...though he's a bit of a wimp.

He's a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

I also have a tri-color and a black and tan.

No wonder my cat seeks to always escape outside. I don't pamper her properly.

My cat will slip out the back door on rare occasions then slinks along the back wall of the house till the dogs round him up and herd him back inside.

All my critters are spoiled rotten...one of the parrots even has a new toy on the way.

Someone actually accused us of spoiling our cats, as if that’s some sort of a criticism. You’re supposed to spoil your pets.

Owning a pet is weak?

Your ego must be quite delicate.

Oh, I have no mechanical pets.  They are all biological.
