[Quranic Reflection]: moon absorbed by the sun in the Quran: far future.

Either you don't read much, or arabic literature is a wasteland.  50/50?

Magic book itself stands as a witness and testimony to the simple mindedness of it's authors. Authors who are, presumably, human. If you'd like to insist that the author of creation is as ignorant as the authors of magic book were...be my guest. That would certainly explain some things about his work.

Yes. Islam does contain brutal punishments. We take theft more seriously than you do, the imperative of cutting off their hands usually dissuades theft altogether.. putting them in prison, not as dissuasive..

WinterHold is broadcasting the cute version of Islam. He found apostasy in Sunni Islam, so he stopped being Sunni. You're so cute, Winter.

You've got a strange idea of the relationship between magic book and islamic warlords.  It very much reminds me of the progressive american lefts view that christians are unchristian - and that view is similarly supported by a misunderstanding of christianity within the western revisionist history of it's institution.  So, pretty much same-sies.

Christianity is already messed up because the bible is already forged and is a very ugly mixture of Jesus's Hadith and the real word of God; remember that the Romans are responsible for that forgery that happened in The First Council of Necaea:

It's a very different case from the fresh Islam, that has very obvious separation between God's word (Quran) and human word (Hadith).

If i can think of such a vastly superior way to convey knowledge, if a young kid can, if basically anyone can, why didnt that all knowing and benevolent being bother to?

What part of that drawing you think would have been too difficult to understand for a seventh century adult? How much room for interpretation do you think that would have left? How hard would have a simple experiment with fruits and a fucking candle been, in order to confirm what god has written?

How fucking lazy was that god to try to limit his "important message" to a mere few hundred pages of unintelligible blather? Was he too busy with spending his (unlimited!) time with something else (like watching us in our bedrooms, or smiting heathens left and right?). Even George R. R. Martin was able to easily outwrite god/allah, and he didnt even pretend that all his writings are true and must be obeyed.
Why didnt god/allah adress a few things, but clearly and unmistakenly, instead of a gazillion things open to numerous interpretations?
If god was the (science) teacher of my kids, i would get him fired.

Please lets at least stop pretending that some superior intellect tried to convey scientific knowledge by using the most ineffectual way: Written language/prose

But God used the simplest sentence ever:

Quote:(9) and the sun and the moon are brought together,
Yeah, and that sentence has way more explanatory power than a drawing of a 6y old, right? And that sentence wasnt ambiguous at all, right? Hehe

Thank you for confirming what i said.
Your god was too fucking stupid to think of a most basic drawing, and so are you.

Didnt you claim you were some sort of software engineer? If so, you are a disgrace to every single other engineer on the planet, and god, i have met some real stupid ones.

God's word commands you to obey human word :

(4:59) O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you
So, tell me Winter, how do you plan on obeying the Messenger, if you don't accept the hadiths ? Hilarious

Does it?  That's strange..you'd think that you wouldn't have to cut off hands if cutting off hands works..which it doesn't.  So I guess that explains why you still have to cut off hands.

The hand chopping kind is the cute kind?  Is that what you think?   Tell me about the real islam then, the one that's even uglier than hand chopping.

The messenger is dead.
And God said:

Quote:Sura 2, The Quran:
https://quran.ksu.edu.sa/index.php?l=en#...rans=en_sh

( 79 )   So woe to those who write the "scripture" with their own hands, then say, "This is from Allah," in order to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn.

The Hadith is not written by the messenger; it's written by the hands of humans 200 years after the prophet's death.
So woe to whoever wrote it.

Your magic book was created in the very same way. If we're taking it seriously, ofc. If we're talking about your absurd beliefs about magic book as a precognitive travel brochure, disregard.

Thing is..I wasn't talking about christinity or magic book, there - I was noticing that you, like the progressive western left with christians, see modern muslims as somehow meaningfully un-muslim.

Magic book wasn't written by Big Mo either, Winter. Before there was a magic book, it very literally was hadith, and it was the production and collection of those hadith and their method of production and collection that led to the thing you now worship as an idol. Disagreement over that final product and the succession of kings lead to the sunni shia split which is so constructive to both your personal identity and the forever war in the region.

Prophet Mohammed is the central point. If he's dead, then he didn't verify what was written after his death.
The Quran was written while Mohammed was alive. That is the book of God that I should follow; that is the only thing verified by Mohammed.

My point about Christianity that the faith itself is corrupted beyond repair. It is too too long and full of loopholes that Rome kept in the Council so they control the religion. So of course anything spawning from it is messed up; including the American left.

True. That's what little Winter can't wrap his head around. ALL of Islam is oral transmission. If you reject the hadiths, you basically reject Islam.
