[Quranic Reflection]: moon absorbed by the sun in the Quran: far future.
RE: [Quranic Reflection]: moon absorbed by the sun in the Quran: far future.
I can't talk about xenu and his dc8s, and I can't talk about magic book as a book....do I have that about right... in your thread you made to tell us about how magic book is true sci fi?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

What is the scientific basis for restoring ashes and dust to flesh and blood?  Will God clone the dead from DNA?

No intelligent discussion cannot be improved by someone illicitly pleading with the moderators to enforce their will like some jack-booted thugs because that person realizes that they're an impotent wanker incapable of arguing their point. Coffee

I'm afraid it's bit more complicated than that. Because the clone of you is not really you. The clone has an entirely different identity and body. It may have memories of the actions performed but it didn't perform those actions –– and this is just the entrance to the rabbit hole that comes later once you get into nitty gritty of "I" and "identity" and neuroscience of it all –– as it turns out even your own body is made up more of microbial than your own cells.

Birth and death crosses line that can't be undone.

That doesn't seem like it would be a problem, I recall something about facing thrones and removing bitterness. The god of magic book has a plan to remake you for the themepark...wherever that is.

I don't know who your god is but my god only promised unlimited sex with beautiful big breasted women and enhanced sexual desire to keep up with it. I'm totally ok living with bitterness etc.

Presumably, you'll be getting sexual enhancements to keep up. No matter how we cut it, magic book makes it clear that you will not be you™ in paradise. Everything is better there, not just the scenery. I think that's one of the fundamental selling points of the pitch.

I like it when god is very specific sometimes and kinda vague on other occasions (just to leave some for the imagination). e.g. Big breasted beautiful women is very specifically important information that requires carefully chosen words but sun and moon not catching up to each other and orbiting in their own orbits without giving any hint about earth leaves imaginative people to come up with all sort of mental contortions.

Hail the sexual drive!
