My prediction: Within a week olb will be trying to make out "we never had it so bad under Trump" while still trying to pretend that he's not Trump's brown nose.

I doubt it is merely 20 years daamage. America as the true superpower is permanently finished. Being the true super power is an invaluable asset this America inherited from previous generations. Circumstances to allow it to be remade from scratch is gone beyond all recall decades ago. So if what was inherited is lost, it can’t ever be made anew. It has been thrown away with spite.
