Driving on the shoulder

RE: Driving on the shoulder
I prefer driving on the legs.

That way they can't escape.

Not about home remedies, it is about price gouging. FYI I am not rich. I have to stretch what my mother left me for a minimum of 8 years to reach social security. You tell me what business does a hospital have charging anyone 20k for a mere two days stay, for my last time unrelated to this. If I went to the doctor every time I felt bad I'd be broke. I've struggled long before my mom passed away, and I am not about to give that money to some corporate goons.

If I  bite the bullet and go now, I pay more, and that means I have less to live on to reach social security.

FYI, this was NOT the first time I had this same shoulder pain. It happened to me last year as well. It was a bitch for almost a week, but I got out of it time and patience.

But you ARE giving your money to corporate goons. Every time you buy anything - from a stick of gum to a house - a percentage goes to corporations.

If you don't like that, I suggest you pick out a nice, comfortable cave and hermitize yourself.

Having to buy things is part of life always, thanks for the update.

Excluding proper medical care, apparently.

If your justification for not seeing a doctor about your shoulder is that you don’t want your money to go to ‘corporate goons’, why don’t you use that justification to quit smoking? The cases seem very similar - on one hand, you’re endangering your health and well-being so your money won’t go to a corporation. On the other hand, you’re actively GIVING your money to a corporation whose entire existence is geared around endangering your health and well-being.

It’s almost as if you haven’t really thought this through.

I haven't spent time listening to you.

FYI smoking, drinking, any addiction you want to point out is not a class issue.

Where the fuck did THAT come from? I never said addiction was a class issue, I was simply pointing out what seems to be a whopping great inconsistency in how you justify your expenditures.

Shoulder is clearing up today. Still a slight tinge, but I am far more mobile now. Just have to avoid sleeping on that shoulder and it should clear up like it did last year when the same thing happened.
