I had bursitis in my shoulder a few years back. I haven't been bothered by it since I've been exercising. And yes, you really should see a doctor.

Seriously, go to the doctor Brian. If they send you to a chiro-quack to cut costs (which they will, lol), fine...take the massage, and then inform the quack that he hasn't solved the problem and ask for a referral. That's the dance. Kind of like when I bought a SawStop years ago. I mentioned I thought the price was excessive. The salesman pointed out, ‘No matter what price you put on your fingers, they aren’t much good if they’re not attached to your hand.’
