Not quite yet, but soon. Biscuits, sausage, and scrambled eggs.

Reading about slow-roasting steaks and reverse-searing. My new air fryer can go down to 100 F, and Cub has ribeye steaks on sale next week.

Salad.

Chopped romaine ~2 cups
Spinach and kale mix 1 cup
Chia seeds 2 tbsp.
Carrots shredded; just a small handful tossed in
Celery 1 stalk
Tomato 1 half, diced
Sliced almonds 2 pinches
A mix of onion, mushrooms, and red and yellow bell peppers(diced) sauteed and seasoned; 1 cup total
Croutons
Ranch dressing
Imitation crab meat

"salad" is "put everything I like in a bowl and stir it"
