I haven't decided whether to make corned beef and cabbage for Patty's Day or just to drink a few Irish beverages. I donate plasma that day, so I don't really have time for either.

Mom got some mahi mahi out of the freezer, I was skeptical but it is almost as good as fresh.

We cooked these at home and put a good sear on the outside, medium on the inside. I don't doubt a random fast food place would have poor results.
