Sous vide salmon and green beans. This was from Aldi, from Norway, unlike their regular farm-raised crap from Chile. It was a slight improvement, but Whole Foods' farm-raised Atlantic salmon is still better.

Just fired up the can. Smoked beer brats with roasted carrots, cabbage, butternut squash, and home-made cheeto-dusted pierogi......under a cheddar bechamel.

Maybe I'll go for broke, and scrape up some seattle sourdough rolls.
