has Biden done a good job as president?

RE: has Biden done a good job as president?
"The United States of America is a charter member of the United Nations and one of five permanent members of the UN Security Council.
The United States is the host of the headquarters of the United Nations, which includes the usual meeting place of the General Assembly in New York City, in the north east coast of the country. The United States is the largest provider of financial contributions to the United Nations, providing 22 percent of the entire UN budget in 2020 (in comparison the next biggest contributors are China with 12 percent, and Japan with 8.5 percent). From July 2016 to June 2017, 28.6 percent of the budget used for peacekeeping operations was provided by the United States. The United States had a pivotal role in establishing the UN." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Sta...%20percent).

The US doesn't even provide 1/4 of the funding for the UN. Drippy is lying again.

Quote:What do you mean they’re ‘back’ to launching missiles. They never (apart from a few very brief pauses) STOPPED launching missiles. They launched them all through the Trump regime.
this is a dishonest assessment. as on icbm's are our only concern. as everything n.korea launches is not a WMD or a system platform to deliver a wmd. they have a space program such as it is/launching spy satalites. also are developing very short range anti aircraft and ship missiles. it is the intermediate and long range missiles that concern us and out allies. launching missiles over Japanese cites are designed to unnerve and scare the hell out of the japanese people. these launches happened before trump sat down with kim and he stopped all missile firing for all of 2018 and did not resume to mid year 2019 with a series of short range 'defensive missiles/anti ship anti air craft. it wasn't till october when he started with the sub launch tests. he didn't start arming missiles with live war heads and blowing up targets (as he was just firing the rocket bodies into the sea previously) till biden took office, then on march 25 he fired one of these live war head missles of japan, which cause them to mobilize their navy... again if japan a member of the united nations goes to war with north korea, so do we, and if we are in china and russia back n korea. do you not see this as a problem?

I did:
and if you didn't know both of those countries enjoy protections afforded to them by the united nations which is almost all usa funded and staffed. IE we are endanger of fighting another world war if this situation that cropped up this year under biden is not resolved quickly. yet the news barely mentions any of this.. if you need me to explain this deeper i can.. we defend Taiwan, japan, the Ukraine, then china-russia launches say cruise missiles from ships satellites (that is a thing and the primary reason for the space force/to kill those satellites before they can be deployed.)  to hit every single major city for no other reason that to bloody the nose of American and demoralize the population as a means to send the message this war America is not protected by the Atlantic or pacific. I can hear the snow flakes begging for us to surrender in mandarin now..

1. Every single time Trump dealt with Kim, Kim broke his promises. Trump’s bloviating and tough-guy talk did nothing to alter Kim’s actions or policies.

2. If ICBM are all that concern you, why are you so worried about NK’s single missile launch since Biden took office? Kim hasn’t launched an ICBM since 2017.

3. Did you miss the whole Russia-invades-Crimea thing? It got quite a lot of press coverage, as I recall.

4. You seem to have misread what I wrote. The US does NOT fund 78% of the UN, other countries do. The US contributes 22%.

5. No, you didn’t. Since you blame Biden for the current unrest, I wanted to know if you blamed Trump for the unrest on his watch. And threatening war ‘on your shores’, that has a very specific meaning, which you dodged. And very clumsily.

I'm aware that the government has long found ways to fuck black people over with mass incarceration, and that not only have the Democrats helped with it, Biden helped write a bill that helped make it worse. There's literally a documentary about mass incarceration called 13th on Netflix (and also Youtube) about how mass incarceration is basically a continuation of slavery. That said, your scenario of how Biden could turn on black people hinges on six impossible things happening before breakfast. Or at the least, highly unlikely. I highly doubt that, at this point, Biden's going to get a worse view than "lesser of two evils."
What everyone always seems forgets about that crime bill was it had the support for black community leaders and politicians.

There's also this:

Number Of Children In Border Patrol Facilities Drops 84%

Quote:As of Wednesday, there were 954 children in CBP facilities, down from a peak of 5,767 on March 28, the official told CNN, speaking on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to speak on the record...In recent weeks, the Department of Health and Human Services, which is responsible for the care of migrant children, has  to accommodate minors. That's allowed for an increasing number of children being transferred out of border facilities to spaces equipped to care for them at a quicker pace.

The average time that kids are in CBP custody is now 28 hours, compared to 133 hours on March 28, the official said, a nearly 80% reduction in time spent in Border Patrol detention.

Quote:But sustaining the pace of arrivals will also require more licensed facilities and cutting down the time it takes to get a child to their sponsor, like a parent or relative. The administration has made some inroads on that front: The average time that children are being reunited with a sponsor has been reduced to 29 days, down from 40 days on February 22. Children being reunited with a parent or guardian is less, taking about 22 days.

This doesn't mean that Biden didn't fuck this up at the beginning, or that public pressure wasn't the reason that he took steps. It means that he did what is president is supposed to do - recognize a failure of policy and change things to make it better. What he didn't do is blame the media for fake news, insist that the problem was his predecessor's fault, and baselessly claim that no one had ever seen a policy as good as his while doing nothing to mitigate the disaster.

Trump was the Divider-in-chief. He did nothing but attempt to divide the US ... he did nothing to unite it.

did you listen to the whole phone call between trump and ga, top election officials or are you going by the initial fake news story?? seems after the election they found the full phone call. turns out trump is telling the Georgia officials that they have evidence that between 250 to 300k forge ballots were identified. and long story short (trump goes over all the different fraudulent votes that got counted and legal votes that were not counted)  if you (ga election officials) authenticate forged ballots "it could be very bad for you" then trump goes on to say i don't need you to find all 300k i just need you to identify 11,000 bad ballots or so and he trump would not seek prosecution on the 290k ballots that were wrongly authenticated. because he only supposely lost the state by a few thousand votes. and the 11K would cover the spread.

here is a cnn transcript and the actual call if you want to hear it from the horse's mouth:
  https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/03/politics/...index.html

Trump clearly states that the margin he lost by was 11,799; and that's the number of ballots he needs 'found'.

Um, 78% of the budget coming from countries other than the USA means the USA provides 22% of the budget.

can you cite a specific examples? because again i posted reference material that shows after their meeting kim went silent for over a year, and when they started testing again it was space program related rockets/spy satellites and defensive missiles/short range ballistic missiles. (granted they could be used to attack s.korea but nothing kim did after the meeting with trump directly threatened the us.

it was armed/had a war head and it was shot over Japan, which again had Japan mobilize their navy for the first time since WWII. which again effects us as we are strong allies which means we will have to back japan in a shooting war. and again china and russia will have to back kim

so? that was an Obama decision to roll over.
Quote:4. You seem to have misread what I wrote. The US does NOT fund 78% of the UN, other countries do. The US contributes 22%.
https://www.cfr.org/article/funding-unit...d-programs
seems like it's a little more.. which still makes us majority share hold/the us pays more into the un than any other single country.

and i'm saying there was no major points of international unrest.. rather he inherited what Obama told him was going to be a war, and trump disused that situation. he ended isis, and all but deballed the Taliban and al-Qaida. not to mention all but stopped illegals entering the southern boarder.

what unrest are you talking about? race riots? again this was an Obama era problem that carried over. it started when Obama would not support the police.. prior black and white people got alone just fine for the most part. and the first 3/4 of trump time in office there were no major city being burned down. asblack people enjoyed the highest unemployment rate on record and were being paid the most on average then they ever had bee. so not only were more black people employed under trump in the history of the us they were being paid more than ever before. then the covid hit and people lost their jobs... then their minds when the news media told them too..

The article you cite states that a little less than a fifth of the U.N. budget is contributed by the U.S., which would be 20%. Even your own source refutes you.

Quote:What Is a Majority Shareholder?
A majority shareholder is a person or entity that owns and controls more than 50% of a company's outstanding shares.

(Investopedia)

First of all, monetary funding of the U.N. isn't any kind of share as the distribution of power and votes in the various bodies of the U.N. is not based upon it.

Second, even if it were comparable, the U.S. would NOT be a majority shareholder.

You are a fucking moron.
