And while I don't know who the Capitol Police Board reports to, the head of the Police Board, the name "Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate" does point in a different direction from Pelosi.

And did you actually read the Business Insider article you cited as a source? Because it points to another reason the Capitol PD shit the bed so bad that day.
