Yeah. Like, did no critical thinking transpire before it was decided to launch this investigation?

I wonder if critical thinking is a habit most people even want their leaders to engage in? I think confidence comes off better than, "Maybe we should give this some thought... I'm not sure."

It was crammed into the commitee comments of the fuckin COVID bill, the utility of its inclusion coming down to whether or not it was actually supposed to look as ridiculous as it seems.
