Okay - I bought some today.
I bought some chicken salad that I have purchased before and it was just okay...but on Dave's 21 Grain and Seed bread...it's a whole different level. Very, very tasty.
I'll be trying some of the other breads...I ain't skeered of the word 'killer' in the name.

Pretty sure this isn't the same "Dave" OLB is talking about.

The whole point of 100% Whole Wheat is so that you don't get any sugar period. White Flour naturally makes glucose sugar whole wheat doesn't. I don't eat glucose sugar because I gain weight eating it, as would anyone else.
There are two places in my country that do make 100% whole wheat bread without sugar but circumstances made them unavailable to me again. Fortunately my mom knows how to make bread. Shame though. Would've been nice to buy bread again instead of making it from scratch.
Bold mine -
I have struggled for months to gain back up to 115 lbs after dropping to 106 last year...we still don't know exactly why my weight plummeted and my health went sideways. I'm still underweight. I could eat sugar straight out of the container and not gain weight...I've done everything short of exactly that for months.

I bought some of that bread at CostCo a few years ago. I distinctly recall that the printing on the wrapper stuck to my fingers. Maybe that bread doesn't dissolve the wrapper's print anymore. Maybe I'll check it out again...

Never heard of it. Must not be available in my area.
