For the love of god don't do it. I'm on my knees.
I was actually going to look at it and decide what to do from there.
I have tried to search and can't find it.

I think there should be a small addendum; If you necropost a thread for the sole purpose to troll you should still get warnings.
I say this based on Huggy's habit of replying to years-old threads because he's getting his ass handed to him in a current one.

This is already in the PSA - necroposting
in and of itself isn’t actionable, but necroposters can still be actioned for breaking other rules while in commission of said necroposting.

Speaking for myself, I don’t really want to start a precedent of opening locked threads.

Yeah. I agree. Most threads are locked for a very good reason.
Just start a new one, FM. If there is some relevant piece of discussion you'd like to repeat, go for it in the new OP, keeping the original poster anonymous if it's wise to do so.

I thought the thread says “PSA The necropolis rule”, and wondered if there was wifi coverage in cemeteries.

Right, because we were getting a lot of flack over our necropolis rule.

To be honest, it's not that I have something to add to that topic, it's just that it is (one of the three) pinned topic in the "Atheism" subforum so every time I enter that forum (in the mobile version) I see those red letters and yet it is dead. So maybe just unpin it.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
