Got an email from the bank I have been using since 2006 letting me know that they are now going to charge me a fee for having a checking account with them regardless of the fact that I have direct deposit so they know there will always be money coming in.
Going to the email and the site shows that there is no number you can call though you can make an appt. with one of them. Such bullshit. Another bank that I have a credit card with has been offering me a pretty decent incentive to switch to them for checking and savings. I have put the switch off because it would be a pain in the ass. Guess it's no longer a pain in the ass.
