I saw this Paul McCartney special when it first aired on PBS.
The one part that always stayed with me started at around 12 minutes in, when Macca decided to demonstrate multi-track recording using two water glasses and a harmonium to perform "Band on the Run." But somehow, I never noticed his mention of the Radio 2 commercial at 16:15 until now. So, I just discovered the original ad:
