It’s possible, in Arizona, to have to adjust your watch forwards and backward 7 times over a linear distance of 100 miles.

Not for me, it isn’t. I don’t wear a watch.

Buffy Sainte-Marie has evidently been faking being a Native American for over 60 fucking years. Weirder thing is she's also faked being a Canadian.
Slightly more normal is that she also co-wrote "Up Where We Belong."

I watched several youtubes. Didn't find one that indicated that she was asked to take a dna test. Could easily end this issue.

Holy moly what a band!
Back in the day I knew an Ashley Roach.

Ioannis Ikonomou, who works as a translator for European Commission, speaks 21 of the 24 official languages of the EU fluently. The only three he doesn’t speak fluently are Maltese, Irish and Estonian. In addition he also speaks fluently Swahili, mandarine Chinese, Benghali, Hebrew, Russia, and Arabic, as well as a number of dead languages such as Latin and old Church Slavonic. To keep up his fluency he chats with people all over the world in their native language.
He habitually writes all his notes in Chinese to keep himself in practice writing the characters.
