The mandate itself isn’t white supremacy. It’s in the fact that black people are more likely to not have the sort of access to health care that can just allow them to just get a jab. And among the more vaccine-hesitant black people, it’s in the fact that they’ve been shafted multiple times by the white supremacist power structures. It’s not that long ago that we still had black men alive who were intentionally given syphilis just because of a dubious study on syphilis.
Indeed all this is true and it's all concerning.

The idea that the law happens to affect a group that has high vaccine hesitancy does not make the  law necessarly racially supremacist. Though there are instances where this principle holds like Voting Redlining or Voter ID Laws where it's obvious the goal is to disenfranchise black people from voting. I'm not convinced in the slightest that this is the case when it comes to vaccine mandates.

And, frankly, the solution is pretty easy in this case, especially for schools: offer free vaccination at the schools. Unlike the byzantine regulations of the DMV (shortly before the world ended, I found out that, apparently, my fucking birth certificate showing I was born in Chicago is somehow not sufficient to prove I am an American Citizen and thus eligible for Real ID), or the long-term impact of generational wealth, this is something that can be rectified fairly simply. It might be a bit harder to distribute more vaccination sites in black-majority areas (I don't know how the CDC chooses these things), but at least that's comparatively simple to fix.

The CDC does not suggest vaccine mandates in schools. Therefore, it's an unjust mandate not backed by heath authority, and it is an unjust mandate that is disproportionately impacting black children at a much greater rate. If you can't show me a health agency calling for all school students to undergo mandatory vaccination, that is white supremacy because you're trying to force black parents to put something in their childrens bodies that will not stop the spread and that is not mandated by any health authority.

So, let's recap. Health authorities can't even justify this decision DC is making, so whether you agree with the decision to force vaccines or not, that is irrelevant here. The health authority does not agree, therefore we are holding 40 percent of black children home from school, and in DC electronic home schooling will not be an available option we've been told, so no, you would have zero justification for a mandate even if every single black child could get a vaccine easily or was already vaccinated. It's white supremacy, plain and simple.

Who are you responding to? I'm pretty sure we know vaccines are available for the kiddos. We're having a discussion about mandates here, not parents making their own decision of their own free will.

Nope, that's not the solution. If you had a vaccine mandate in schools all around the country, tens of millions of children would be barred from school due to having hard liner true believer parents who wouldn't take the vaxx for a million bucks. The only solution is to do what the CDC did. Suggest no mandates whatsoever, but let the parents choose. Vaccines help with severity of infection, but they don't prevent spread, which is in part why the CDC relaxed restrictions so, so much lately. Did you know that the CDC say an unvaccinated at school and a vaccinated child should be treated the exact same? No social distancing for either of them. No isolating after coming into contact with a positive case. Time for all of us here to move forward and accept that the CDCs new recommendations are for the best. With mandates, the country would fall apart and a generation of children would be completely fucked.

If COVID-10 vaccination strongly immunized against infection and transmission, I could see a valid argument for vaccine mandates.

The problem is that it doesn't.  If this were a Polio vaccine (and Polio becomes an epidemic again), I think there is a different argument.
