On the 40 minute bus ride home last night, I was treated to a loud and lengthy discussion about rap stars. I caught a few names, which I'll have to follow up on. Usher was one.
Strangely, I caught the same bus after its turn-around to get home after a quick dart into Aldi's and the discussion had shifted to dance moves and Michael Jackson.
I'd like to say I found the experience edifying, but truth be told, I'd have rather ridden home in silence.

Here's a question: where did you first hear this song? Probably in some commercial.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

The worst song possible to sing along with when you're on an airplane:
Comparing the Universal Oneness of All Life to Yo Mama since 2010.
I was born with the gift of laughter and a sense the world is mad.
