Last night my 10-year old daughter said that she did not believe in God.

Isn't as simple as corruption has inevitably found a way to monetize what should have always been philosophy, by poisoning our natural spirituality.
As TGN indicated, doing nothing does come at a cost. We need to explicitly teach our children that the chalice is poisoned. How can they know otherwise? Dunno
No God, No fear.

Of contributing nothing.  But, I suppose, ultimately…that’s a question for you, not me, or of the concept of free riders.  Do you think it would be a gods privilege to contribute nothing while causing harm?

The answer to that is unlikely to tell us anything about gods and their privileges, but will certainly be a comment on you, and according to you, no less.
I must be a god then, with all this privilege. I mean I'm serious, but I'm not sure if you would understand.

Case in point. To you, and by reference of you, gods are things that extract value from a thing without adding to that value, by privilege.

That would be maltheism, if it weren’t simple self loathing.
