I don't think it is fair to constantly bring her up. She presumably has Semmelweis Reflex, claiming mine is unscientific primarily because it contradicts her work. My informatics professor Franjo Jović, my mathematics professor Tomislav Rudec and my computer science professor Alfonso Baumgartner all think there is something to my work.
You asked, didn't you? It's fair to bring up a subject matter expert that you allegedly sent your shit too..who told you that it was unscientific.
Cultists the world over are certain that the only reason everyone laughs at their bullshit is because they have some self interested conflict. I bet your math teachers were just happy to see someone using math. Isn't it interesting that you doubt the motives of one and refer to the other without such a question? Interesting, unlike your hypothesis, according to that subject matter expert..iirc?
You wanna do some science, instead of looking sciencey? Take the criticism to heart. Fix your methodology. See what you find then. Being wrong, and accepting that you're wrong, makes it easier to get it right in future. If only because the field has shrunk. You already knew there was something hinky in your work, though, didn't you? It lead you to the conclusion that a historic bit of ethnic cleansing witnessed and attested to in living memory - and which people here on these very boards have personal experience with..never happened. If you found some observation with math - and that lead you to form your hypothesis - and the conclusion from this...your predictive work product if this is even remotely scientific, made you insists on something absolutely counterfactual.....then it's not just an issue of your work with numbers. If this were scientific..it means that you, personally, have discovered a scientific disproof of what you previously believed. Those are rare.
So what now - argue that the universe, and everyones lying eyes, and all of the graves...and your subject matter expert... are wrong?
If your aim is to become an accountant, by all means, continue playing with numbers. If you want to be a linguist, and anthropologist, or a historian - you obviously need to do some serious work. If there was..in the beginning, no other aim than to propagandize ethnic cleansing, just stop. This is the poisoned tree.

Because, as far as I understand it, her criticism comes down to " Toponyms are completely individual, and statistics is useless for them." (similar to the arguments many doctors back then used against Semmelweis'es experiments: emphasizing that each patient is an individual, and claiming that therefore statistics is either useless or very hard to apply in medicine).

That's a pretty direct explanation of what you got wrong - but..you didn't actually have to know anything about toponyms to realize that, if you knew anything about statistics.
So it seems you may have some serious work to do no matter what course you choose for your life.

So, you showed your linguistics work experts in informatics, mathematics, computer science, and linguistics, and - out of those four - the expert in the subject matter was the one who found your work problematic.
Isn’t that rather like designing an engine and showing it to a pastry chef, a librarian, a physician and an engineer, then getting upset at the engineer who rejects your design?
I do agree, though, that someone in your story has Semmelweis Syndrome, I just don’t think you’ve pinpointed which one.

I think informatics has at least as much to say about names of places as linguistics does. My work is mainly about informatics, with some linguistics.

Then why have you claimed to have published ‘papers on linguistic’? If I were to publish a paper about blacksmithing with some information about various fuels, I wouldn’t call it ‘a paper on anthracite’.

Maybe you should get your money back?
