BEFORE THE TRIAL. BEFORE EVIDENCE HAD BEEN PRESENTED. Gee.. I gave them the presumption of innocence before they were tried.

Now they have been. They were found guilty. See me defending them anywhere???

But many times, before a case even reaches the point of being tried in court, the innocence or guilt of the convicted can be rather obvious.

It's not presumptuous. It's just common sense.

I'm not saying trial by social media is something that should happen, but in most instances the verdict will probably be more accurate and closer to justice being served than a court trial.

Presumption of innocence doesn't even apply here seeing they clearly admitted to killing him, (it’s a matter of figuring out if the homicide was justified or not )you were basically acting as if they had good reason to do so.
