Would you install an application on your cellphone for work?

I had to have an app on my phone when I was working from home. Otherwise I couldn’t access the company servers from my apartment. It was no big deal. If I thought it would be, I simply would have gotten a throwaway phone with no subscription and used it just for the work app.

If they want me to have the app, they can give me a phone, and if they want to contact me on my days off, they can pay me to be on standby. My time is what they're buying.

If it's my phone and my time off, no, I'm not downloading a damned thing.
