Why won't YouTube let me upload this video?

YouTube won't let me upload this video, so I uploaded it on GitHub Pages: https://flatassembler.github.io/software-glitches.mp4
Like I've written on my blog hosted on GitHub Pages: My best guess as to why it cannot be uploaded is that YouTube's Artificial Intelligence thinks I am claiming the election fraud. Nothing could be further from the truth, I am critical of claiming such a thing. But that's how censorship using artificial intelligence works.

How do I ask YouTube that? If you know how to do that, why don't you do that?
Just opened my video in Firefox on Android, it does have sound here. In what program did you open it? In case it is relevant, I have set the sound to be the lowest-quality (32 bits per second) MP3 audio within a MP4 container. And the video is formatted as H-some-numbers, the format I have never heard of but is the default format in Blender.

Hey, you know how it is with youtube these days, Flatty: unless you are making a video in which you are coming out of the closet, or making a tutorial telling guys how to put on the make-up, forget it. It won't stick and will be seen as hate speech. Ha!

Are you talking about something controversial? Using hate speech? Playing copyrighted music in the back ground? It’s really hard to say as your video has no sound. Doesn’t YouTube typically send some type of information when they take a video down?

It's a plot by Big YouTube™ to stop people putting videos on their video playing website. They'll eventually block all content except Brady Bunch videos.
They're doing this in conjunction with Big Brady™ to force the networks to start a new Brady Bunch series...
