This is 100% on the Democratic Party. They had a few super-majorities over the last 50 years where they could've codified Roe v. Wade and not had to worry about SCOTUS. But they didn't, they just liked running on the issue then doing fuck-all about it. If they don't do anything about it before the midterms (where they will surely lose their majority in both chambers) I think the younger generations will be hard-pressed to vote D ever again.

As much as I know about it, that’s not the way it works - ANY law can be challenged before the Court as unConstitutional. How such a suit is decided depends very much on the make-up of the Court at any given time.

Laws have been struck down as being unConstitutional before, pro-choice laws would be no different. The only possible way to take the SC completely out of the equation would be via a Constitutional amendment which specifically and explicitly guaranteed bodily autonomy, and - to the best of my knowledge - Democrats have never controlled enough state legislatures to make that happen.

Every church should be forced to install a baby drop box at every church

Everyone should have to register as pro life or pro choice. 

At the age of 18 every pro lifer will be put on a list for the next available baby and when your number is called you will have 9 months to prepare.

I believe it's already legal to drop a baby off at a hospital, no questions asked, so this seems unnecessary.
