Doubt there's a ready made analysis. I just think it's silly that people will spend even a minute of their time arguing suggesting or implying that guns aren't dangerous. They are, everyone knows they are, wtf is this shit?
I do know that guns, open fire, chemicals, and fucking dogs all have more than one purpose - but that doesn't change the fact that they're all dangerous, either. It's not as if..if fido only had one purpose, he'd be more or less dangerous. Not how danger works. Now, personally, I love all of these things. Loving them..also..doesn't make them less dangerous.

(to be blunt, I like big fucking dogs and/or dogs with big fuckin families, dogs otherwise dangerous if you can't treat them properly. I specifically like them for that - and they end up as pillows, not just for me, for toddlers too. There's something I appreciate about an animal that could fuck your day up..but doesn't want to. The GSD thought she was a lap dog. But if she didn't like someone, you knew it...she didn't hide her feelings toward some people. The Golden I had in my early 20s was the best dog ever. As for home dangers - I am the biggest danger to myself having a little too much klutz in my makeup. Most of my injuries are definitely my fault, I own it.
