New here - hello!

Hi all!
I'm new here, and thought I would introduce myself. I'm an ex-Christian (for about ten years now). I teach sociology of religion, among other things, at a university. I'm married, no kids, and like to listen to and play music. Sometimes I get bored and go searching for forums....my overarching philosophy is Dinner. That's what makes the world go 'round. I also like to cook.
