Conservatives rage at Chick-fil-A for celebrating gay couple’s marriage
The controversial US fast-food chain, which has a history of funding anti-LGBTQ+ causes, has sparked backlash for attempting to be more inclusive.

Glad to see Chick-fil-A cleaning up their act. I doubt it's out of the goodness of their heart. I remember their CEO making a statement several years back admitting that mixing politics with business had been a mistake. I've long boycotted them.
Now they're going to get boned by the right for correcting their ways. Shows that mixing politics and business is a lose-lose proposition.

There is a Chick-fil-A near us. Never eaten there. They can keep their bigotry to themselves.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

I've had CFA a couple of times, it's decent. I don't boycott them, I just don't care for their food enough to drive 15 miles each way for it.

I love their peppermint chocolate shakes that come out this time of year. I'm not part of the pumpkin spice groupies who mob places like Starbucks in the fall and winter.

Completely agree - pumpkin spice is madly overrated to the point that has a cult following. There was some noise a few years ago that mint was going to replace pumpkin as THE holiday flavouring. Didn’t take.

Anything tasting like pumpkin pie gets thrown out in my world. I like cinnamon and nutmeg, but not in my goddamned coffee.

Pumpkin foods are fine. Pumpkin spice, not so much. I love pumpkin ravioli.

I do a pumpkin mousse that’s TDF.

I loved pumpkin pie when I was a kid. My mother and grandmother made it. I never pursued it as an adult.
