As a nonreligious person, where do you get your moral guidance?

Personally, I just read philosophy books and base my morality on them. They make more sense to me than the Bible.

How about you?
I base my morality on reason, empathy for my fellow beings, and the principles of Secular Humanism.

I'm not good at expressing myself philosophically. I'd have to say I have principles in both areas.

I use my empathy and common sense and just wing it. "If I do ______, what are the benefits and consequences?"

I was raised Christian, so "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is deeply ingrained and I saw no reason to discard that particular bit.

All morality comes from religion. I base my morality on my knowledge and understanding of religion, even though I don't participate in religion myself.
