RE: Languages
My new language sounds like Arabic, as well. I made the glyphs to be unlike any English letters, so that only people (who know the English alphabet) who made an effort to understand the glyph system could read it, but it's also not so complex that it would be too difficult to learn. My new language should be called Bhedish, since it's primarily based on Al Bhed.

Edit: No, not Arabic. It sounds like Hebrew.

RE: Languages
Bhedish is essentially a different form of Hebrew, however, Bhedish utilizes grammar rules, pronunciation rules, and a reading/writing system that are all distinct from Hebrew. I guess you could call Bhedish, "fake Hebrew"

What makes it similar to Hebrew?

Bhedish makes use of both the "trill" (rolled R) and the one that sounds like you're clearing your throat, Hebrew also uses these. And Bhedish just sounds like Hebrew. Arabic also uses the two sounds I just mentioned, but Bhedish does not sound like Arabic at all, besides those two sounds.

RE: Languages
My first name, Jacob, is "Zylup" in Bhedish, which is pronounced "zee-lay-oo-pay"

If I wanted to say, "I'm Jacob. I'm a lazy shit." in Bhedish, that would be "e's zylup y zylup" (there are no upper case letters in Bhedish, nor periods or commas)

"e's zylup y zylup" could also mean, "I am Jacob without Jacob."

Bhedish is a blend of Al Bhed, Dutch, Hebrew, Cantonese, and Vietnamese.

Al Bhed literally means, "the slut". Bhedish means, "slutty".

RE: Languages
I'm pretty sure I've accidently created the most diabolically impossible-to-crack cipher in modern history, with this new language. I know I said it's a different form of Hebrew, but that was totally incorrect. It's actually a different form of Korean. No one but a Korean who can read English would be able to crack this cipher, and even then, a Korean would have trouble with some of the sounds that occur naturally in the English language, but don't exist in the Korean language. So essentially, it would take a Korean individual who speaks perfect English to crack this cipher without any guessing. Or a native English speaker who can read Korean.

Bhedish: "kee kway ka ket" / English: "sex is good" or "the way you are" (depending on context)

Bhedish: "sayokaya" / English: "mouse"

Bhedish: "hen" / English: "mini bar"

Bhedish: "ka ket men eo" / English: "you are very smart"

Bhedish: "mot ufed" / English: "go to bed"

Bhedish: "ayo" / English: "ouch"
