I'm glad the diet is working for you, Gwaithmir. I know potatoes are nutritious, but it seem counter-intuitive that something high in carbs like that woul be effective. What's the reasoning behind it?

I buy whatever 5-pound bags are on sale. Lately, I've been eating Russett Potatoes and Yukon Gold Potatoes. Occasionally, I also get a good deal on all-purpose white potatoes. I also like Maine potatoes, but they're seasonal and don't seem to be available at sale prices very often.  Hungry
