There are little points of history that are present, but no, there's no evidence of a worldwide flood and precious little about anything in the Bible that is even in the same zip-code as accurate. There was no worldwide flood and one of many pieces of evidence for the lack of deluge is the neatness of the geologic column. If there was a world flood then there would be no geologic column but a messy jumble: dinosaurs, humans, basilosauruses, dimetrodons - all mashed together.

So, who died in the Great Floyd? Well, everybody. But that was because they didn't worship the right god. Polynesians didn't worship Yahweh. Aboriginals didn't worship Yahweh. Olmecs didn't worship Yahweh. Inuit didn't worship Yahweh. Kalahari Bushmen didn't worship Yahweh. So it was just the evil non-believers who had never heard of Yahweh who died.
