Worst last/surnames

When I was in college, a fellow student had the last name Katz. Every time his name was read in the role, several students would go, "Meow! Meow!"

I worked with a fellow teacher whose last name was Belcher. Great guy. I *never* heard anyone ever make fun of it.
When I was an engineer, one of the newly-immigrated Vietnamese technicians "Americanized" his name. He chose Harry Mann. He took a *lot* of shit for it.
Disappointing theists since 1968!
Went to school with a guy named Cox. Not sure if it was a benefit or detriment.
 Unfortunately he was kill while drunk driving in his senior year.

When one of my sons was in San Jose, he met a clerk at a 7-11 whose name was Poon Sack.
