I haven't tried the pouches. I've tried the gum, patches, and lozenges. None of them have proved effective as a real solution for smoking.

Just got back from taking Harley to the vet for follow up bloodwork. Now I need a nap or a drink or both. Good grief that little dog is insane. More proof that extra drugs will be needed for post spay...for me and for her.
