Not from coconut palms.  The traditional Thai stuff.

Went to the cardiologist today for a six month checkup. Filled him on the medical procedures I have had and one upcoming as well as the meds from the GI guy.

Fought some more about statins...I think we are pretty even on the stubborn scale.

Told him I went on a 2,600 mile road trip alone and he said he hoped I was packing. For a guy from Nepal he sure has gone full Texan.
