Following behind some people at work: it's obvious they shouldn't do double shifts if they're going to leave resident beds in such horrible conditions.

It sickens me when I see this sort of thing, because it reflects a disdain for people in the interest of making money. I'm sorry that you have to see this happening, and sorrier for the patients who are treated so poorly.

I've been at the facility nearly a year, longer than I've been anywhere in a while. For the most part, I like it there. Depending how they receive my inability to be there during a weather crisis, because I simply cannot sleep away from home, I might need to find a new job.
