Back when Victoria's Secret sold clothing as well as lingerie most of my wardrobe came from there...they had jeans that fit me perfectly. I ordered frequently and would always purchase the five pair of panties for $25.00 to help get me to a point where I didn't have to pay shipping.
I haven't bought panties or bras in years thanks to the stash I acquired back then. I don't gain weight, though I have lost some lately, so I am still wearing panties from years and years ago, I cycle them around in my dresser. Since I had breast reconstruction I had to buy all new bras and since they aren't going to change size I also have an impressive collection of bras.
So, yeah, I am one of the people who doesn't purchase underwear every few years.
Funny story - seriously I probably have over 50 pair of panties. When I was in the hospital a couple years back my husband asked me what I needed from home. Of course clean underwear was on the list. He brought one pair.
Nobody is going to take his man card anytime soon. Total guy thing. I would have had to be told to bring more, too.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

At the entrance to work, my temperature needs to be taken.
I already normally have a high temperature. Add that to the humid Florida heat and there being an air conditioning unit blowing hot hair on me right outside the front entrance while I'm waiting for the nurse to answer the door when the doorbell does not work half the time. All that added up, my initial temperature reading is usually over a hundred degrees.
The first time it happened, I said, "Guess I'll go home."
The nurse said, "No, you won't".
And I thought to myself, so much for following the rules.
Now I generally have to sit in the lobby for a few minutes for my temperature to go down before the nurse takes it again and clears me to work.

I went to the VA last week. The scanner read three different temps, all progressively higher. At 103.7 F they decided to do a contact reading. I refused until they had cleaned the probe. That reading was 97.7 F.

I'm convinced most of the showmen on political conservative social media are grifters.

I’ve got another summer cold. Not dodging this one so easily with my annoying runny nose.
I don't know if you know this, but trying to keep a mask on when your nose is constantly running is not easy.
