Ziggy is laying in the kitchen gazing longingly at the place where the food bowls usually are.

I have an elevated holder for two bowls (without the elevation he will lay down and eat till he explodes, I am convinced of that). I picked the whole thing up to wash both the bowls and the stand. I think he is afraid there will never be food again at his disposal. Little does he know that we currently have three large bags of food on hand and starvation is not in his future.

Meanwhile, the old broad - Karma - is under my desk snoring like an old man after a holiday feast.

We had a Coopers hawk land on the deck railing. When the dogs figured out what I was looking at they went nuts. Lexy ended up head butting the sliding glass door.

Heard something a bit scary the other day.

Apparently the Google AI dept created a couple of AIs and let them learn and evolve.
It wasn't long before they invented their own language in which to communicate with each other.

The Google techs couldn't decifer it so they turn them both off.
I wonder what the fuckers were talking about?

I think a major failing of most video game bosses is that they can't resist the urge to do their "really cool ultimate attack" even though it makes them vulnerable for a few seconds. In video game boss college, they should teach them to stick with the attacks that keep them impenetrable to player damage.
