I want "male genital enhancement" medicine and technology to be made better, for both genders sake. I would like the stamina pills to be made safer and more effective. Enlargement technology should be made safer and more effective, allowing the patient complete control over what his ***** will end up looking like. Also, "female genital enhancement" could be a thing as well. We could make the lady parts more sensitive, or condition the patient's brain to receive more dopamine from sexual stimulation.
