We are already organic robots???

It would be better if we were altered to be superior to what we currently are.  I think this inevitable over time.

Superiority isn't really the issue. Human androids would be much better suited to handle the difficulties of human existence.

If I thought that I wouldn't have said it.

If the recipient thought that, and told me, I'd apologise.

The banter is far worse at the gay bar and amongst my queer friends, so I'd be surprised if anyone found it disrespectful.

But if someone is offended or thinks someone has been uncivil towards them, then the polite response is an apology, which I'm more than prepared to give.
