I know it's not NFL but we have two high schools in the town where I live. East is the newer of the two and had a tough first few seasons especially compared to the original HS.

-Two weeks ago they beat a town near here 70-6. This past Friday was the Crosstown Showdown and the new school won 66-10. Overall 6-1 for the season.

When granddaughter was in the color guard they were always upset that the football team was so bad. Now they are kicking butts and people aren't just showing up to see the band at halftime.

47 yards only in the first half. 

1 billion sacks, Hall spent more time on his back than an auto mechanic working on the undercarriage. 

Hall floated more passes than the Goodyear blimp.

No offensive line at all.  

Commanders suck, that is all. 

We fucking lost to the Giants. Next week we play the Eagles, whom we beat last time, but were also beaten by the Jets.

(slightly) Off topic: I don't follow American football, but I'm enjoying this thread. Especially the way 37 unfailingly supports his team even when they do badly. The mark of a true fan!

It's a testament to how poorly the Vikings are playing that I'd rather watch baseball between teams I have no particular fondness for tonight rather than the Vikings themselves.
