It’s 6:30am on Wednesday (03:30 GMT) in the occupied Palestinian territories and in Israel.
Here’s a recap of the where things stand:
The Ministry of Health in Gaza has said that at least 704 people have died in the last day. The UN relief agency said this is “the highest fatality toll reported in a single day” in Gaza since October 7. Families were crushed in the “rubble of residential buildings”, the Associated Press reported.
