Any combination or order so long as I'm happy/suffering the least possible.
Realistically, I expect that physical stuff is easier to manage than mental, and at least that leaves you with the option of suicide should it be too bad. But it's not like I get to to choose anyway.

I prefer the term 'self euthanasia'. Suicide is associated with to many negative connotations.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
